this, I remember this chick at my old gym, VERY fit, die hard lifter, always heavy, and getting 225x3 was a big thing for her (she was probably 120 lbs very lean) (dat booty tho :drool: ) DB press was 35's x 5 etc. girls are very weak i've noticed from taking my own girl to the gym occassionally, girl was getting weak in the knees squatting 85lbs, and she's in shape for the most part.

Real?

Most of the girls who I train with/practiced with (Varsity soccer) could easily squat 225 for reps, and they were all around 140-160lb

160lb girl is straight thick legs and solid strength. They're not fat I promise.

i'd like pics then 😈 i have to admit i go to a "get back in shape" kind of gym (nautilus plus, qc) so most clients are aged 40-55, still a decent amount of 18-25 tho

biggest squat from a woman i saw was 185 for reps, form was pretty good too, i was mirin'

i'd love to see 225 from a girl since most guys don't even squat over 2 plates here lol

Not sure if srs.

Most guy in modern society cant squat 225. She has been training for like 6 months and squat almost 2xbw!!

A 265 squat at 130 lbs for a girl is equivalent to a 400-420 lbs squat for a 180 male.

To be more accurate

265 lbs at 130 lbs for a female = 135 wilks

135 wilks for a male at 180 lbs of bw = 440 lbs squat
