Only got 205x3 bench, but it was my first time ever benching 205... not what I wanted, but that's okay! I'm finally gaining weight again.

Welcome to the club, sir. I'm currently doing 205x5x3 , 210 with spotter. However I'm at 188 lbs.

But seriously, increasing bench is hard. With the weight gain, hope you keep progressing well.

For sure, my issue is definitely eating enough, I expect with the sickness gone and me being able to eat right, that should definitely help.

if you wanna see those flat gainz, i suggest incorporating incline work...

This is my "1" week for 5/3/1, and basically every weight this week besides OHP is a weight I've never touched before. Going for 215 on squats, never tried that much before. Wish me luck.
