Weird I get zero pain/stiffness.

When warming up I stretch first (5 minutes max pure stretching and rolling) then maybe 10 reps at 135 ( warming up doing the motion) 5 Reps at 225 ( warming up doing the motion) , stretch some more, 3 reps at 315 (warming up doing the motion) 2 reps at 360 and then I jump into my working sets.

I include a foam roller when stretching sometimes. I'm sure you stretch, maybe do some extra groin area stretches, you can roll the inside of your leg one at a time too if that's a sore area for you.
