I didn't bother reading the thread, if you want to gain weight eat more clean food. Count your calories and eat at least 3000 a day. I can pretty much guarantee if you consistently do that for a few months while lifting you will gain mass. You need some form of mass for abs, it sounds like you are skinny fat at 135. Once you gain mass then restrict those calories, continue lifting, and you'll eventually get abs (much quicker than 4 years)

Took me two years to see my improvement then i lost it..lol I was very close to getting abs then I stopped school and I used my gym at my school so I got lazy and now I got a 1 pack of chips..ROFL
I weigh 150-155 atm now and I lift boxes all day. So by the time.e I am done work I don't feel like working out because I become too tired to do so.
I weight 150-155lbs
5" 11 In height
32 waist
I currently curl 20-25 lbs each rotation I do about 10-15 per rep (2-4 reps)
I use a crunch machine and a 10 lbs weight ring
20 crunches sit ups( 4reps)

What is the best way of getting abs?
Any suggestions?
Yea, sit-ups, crunches, exercise ball.
I've done those for 9 months straight. I can do fkin 80 crunches in a minute and still don't have abs...
I need opinions. Thanks.

i was a big time dope head for 6 years and got down to 140 lb at 6' and I looked like a skeleton.. ive been sober for 4 months and now im at 175 11% bf. I go to the gym 6 days a week and eat a fuck load everyday.. you need to bulk up and worry about abs later your not gonna build muscle mass if you don't eat.. I consume around 3500 calories 150 protein a day that's whats been working for me.

/e and I don't have abs so this is irrelevant.

4 months and you went up 35lbs?

Also lold at 11% but no abs

Eat clean. What do you eat on a daily basis. Prolly doesn't help that you aren't on a good meal plan

Lose a lot of weight
Crunches suck
Yoga
Front levers

Best thing is that dip station thing, no idea what it's called. Use it for all the ab exercises you'll ever need. Do sides scissors bikes yoga and focus on your rotaries for that v shape
