thats my normal day
e: saturday a lil bit different, i go later in bed and wake up later, same shit just different hours also sometimes i eat brown rice instead of sweet potatoes

I might not have been the biggest, but I was in better condition and had superior symmetry which allowed me to take 2nd place. That was a huge accomplishment for me.

On top of that I am stronger than the majority of people on steroids at my gym. I also took this year off to enjoy other aspects of fitness. I have enjoyed running and plan to do a half iron man in near future. I have personal goals, realistic natural goals. Seems like you're jst bitching that your job doesn't allow you to use gear therefor want to quit lifting all together. GJ m8

For sure.
At this point, I honestly believe I would continue to lift/exercise even if there were no more gains to be had.

You eat 2.6kg of cheese per day and your anus is still intact? Also I think you need to reconsider your story here, I don't believe you eat nearly 6kg of food per day and still look the way you do. What are your stats by the way

The cheese alone equates to about 10,000 calories... We're talking 800 grams of fat if all that cheese had been full fat
