Been hitting gym 5-6 times a week for past 6 weeks
Was hitting gym pretty hard about 3-4 times a week for past ~8months
Haven't been exactly watching my intake, last few months been having more protein shakes trying to build more muscle
Starting diet on monday - going grocery shopping
Going to IF and keep carbs pretty low.
Already tried IF for awhile and worked quite well, but wasn't too strict. Going to be very strict this time round, will update
I'd say i'm pretty lean, but i want to get shredded as
