Started lifting again and gotta cut

I post some shit In a month and see how's I'm doing as it suitably terrible. I'm on Ritalin tho which kill my appetite so it helps aswell
. Haven't lifted in 8 months, havent lifted seriously in close to 2 years I'd say. (Iv had random 2 week spurts)

Weighed in at 255 last week

Good replies. I'm stuck around 172-173 due to some bad meals. But hopefully I can get back on track.

I feel ya, I was stuck for a while because I felt like I was getting small cutting because I was flat/carb depleted
I decided to start up again and I feel like I look great lol

I'm working on it! I'm going to start a thread with a log of sorts. Started dieting this week pretty heavily, let me tell you that my insides are in twists and the farts smell so horrible!

On Monday I will have the money to cough up the $200 down payment for the gym here!

we have a gym here that is no down payment and 10 a month. down stairs and up stairs facility with a sona lol. stays packed of course. fitness connection

~187cm - 90kg - 21years old
or ~6'2 - 198lbs

Been hitting gym 5-6 times a week for past 6 weeks
Was hitting gym pretty hard about 3-4 times a week for past ~8months
Haven't been exactly watching my intake, last few months been having more protein shakes trying to build more muscle

Starting diet on monday - going grocery shopping

Going to IF and keep carbs pretty low.

Already tried IF for awhile and worked quite well, but wasn't too strict. Going to be very strict this time round, will update

I'd say i'm pretty lean, but i want to get shredded as
