That's 8,800 calories and easy to eat if you spread out breakfast lunch and dinner (e.g. 3-4 hours or more in between meals). Only 1,200 more calories to go to hit that magic 10K mark...few more snacks should achieve that...e.g. chips?

I could even replace stuff with a huge pizza...those things are calorie dense too...

I used to eat like a pig in University...eating what I listed above would be easy.

So i guess you consider this semi-dirty?
So you should prove yourself and video yourself eating this for a day.
And don't forget you have to fit a legit gym session in there too, since that is what we're talking about.

think i could do 10k cals in 1 day, but everyday? fuck that

i only weigh 185 compared to his 420 though lol

ya 1 day...I wouldn't be happy doing it every day haha. That 1 day though...Frig I'd be in heaven...

Can confirm, I've eaten 10k calories in one meal before which was consumed in 20 minutes.

I'm like the opposite of you when it comes to eating. I can eat 5k cals in a day without even flinching.

I'm 200 pounds at the moment. So difficult to eat 2k-2.5k cals a dayfor me during my cut. I eat an excessive amount of greens to keep me full.

This haha.

My mom called me a 'garbage disposal' growing up. When I'm not consciously paying attention to limiting my food intake, I eat so damn much. I used to carry a cooler around with me every day to make sure my calories intake was above 5,000 (how I went from 183 to just under 240 in a year and a half haha).
