Squats, had to use a olympic bar.
60 - 1x10 LB, 1x10 HB
90 - 1x3 LB, 1x3 HB
120 - 1x1
130 - 3x1
140 - 1x1
150 - 1x1
160 - 1x1
170 - 1x1 - Pretty heavy, lost some balance.
The powerlifting bar was free just after I did 170 so decided to try it
130 - 1x3
150 - 1x1
180 - 1x1 - PR for lowbar and tied with my old PR. Could've maybe done 185-190 but decided to save it cause my wrist hurts like a mofo from lowbar.
130 - 2x3
200 - walkout

Kinda tired after being away on a beerfestival all weekend.
No food (except like 100g glucosebased candy) before workout either.
And had to stress like a mofo with everything thanks to curlfags occupying every rack & bar.

Yeah I use wristwraps on my right wrist for every lift? Or what do you mean?
Been sick twice this year i think (besides some casual cold), more than usual for me :(.
