You can get a nice pair of those for 70-120 (average 90ish) canadian dollars.  Unsure about denmark.  No need to spend any more.
You'll want oxfords or something similar.  You want something that's not pure pointer and not too square - get something in the middle.  Also, don't get shoes that curve up from middle to toe.

checked them out, not bad, will look into it, thanks

Not bad of a guide thanks. Couple things

1. Hook me up with some class attire. I want to be comfortable but also look good for the ladies.

2. As for summer/fall I have sperrys, converse, or my gym shoes. But Idk what for winter besides boots. Ive got a pair of Columbia boots that are nothing special. Those leather ones look pretty nice though, any tips on cheap brands? (I don't pay over $60) for any footwear out of principle

3. What about winter jackets. I'm in Michigan

1. Read the guide? Tells you all you need to know for class attire.

2. For boots, just go to the mall and look around. You will find something that looks similar and that you like. I wouldn't cheapen out on these as you will be wearing them for a long time. No need super expensive though, usually ~70$US. You will find nice boots in dress shoe stores or department stores.

3. For winter jackets I recommend a simple pea cote or variant. If that is too preppy, you can get a two in one (I hate this, super annoying) which you can use for fall and winter. Most department stores have some really nice stuff. Example of two in one: http://www.th%2A%2A%2A.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/en/th***/mens/mens-outerwear/bonded-jacket
For fall weather from 5Celcius to -20Celcius I wear this jacket myself:
