some of you need to rethink how many vegetables you should be eating a day.

2 pounds of a greens a day is good.

vegetables are essential to optimal health and you guys definitely dont eat enough. clean grass fed meats are good but in moderation but this also depends on ones goals.


i would suggest to anyone that eating a diet of mostly fruits and especially vegetables is optimal for getting lean, increasing energy, and creating a healthy environment for your cells to thrive. in regards to gain muscle that is where clean meats, and grains help. mixing the grains and meat will help complete the amino acid chains. another thing you could do if you are interested in going for maximal health and avoiding acidifying foods like meat is you can become a scientist and combine different foods to form complete amino acid chains.
