WOD LINDA! This workout fucking sucks. RX'd it this time though'
Descending 10, 9 ,8, 7...... down to 1 rep scheme. 55 reps each.
1 1/2 body weight dead lift, Body weight bench, 75% body weight Cleans. (260, 170, 135)
It's hard breathing using a belt, but did it in 22:47. Fairly slow but i was running on 0 sleep and little calories from a 45 hour shift at work. Good workout though!
