How so? It wouldn't be his choice to be put on the medication, it would be his parents. chances are six years ago his parents were explained the risks of taking the steroid. Parents consented. There is no room for a malpractice lawsuit.
You're a fucking idiot. [B]Chances are whatever quack fucking doctor set this shit up DIDN'T explain to his parents that "this shit is going to give your kid fucking hella gyno when he's 15." NOT TO MENTION, it's obvious that this doctor has had a complete discregard for the need for follow up care resulting from this treatment.
Do you think you're a lawyer, stupid? Most malpractice cases are settled out of court, so there won't be any need to set any "startling" precedent.
I'm no lawyer, but I can spot the shit-for-brains troll wannabe's who run their mouth like they know something, when they don't know dick. That's YOU rmmhc.
Anyway, If I was this kid's dad I'd get on the phone and call EVERY fucking malpractice lawyer from here to Guam; and by the time I was done I'd have a fucking Jew army after thedoctor that did this to my kid.
OP, forget ALL THE SHIT YOU'VE HEARD in this thread. You need
professional advice, not the opinions of a forum full of trolls, BroScientists, Google Professors, and Fear-and-Loathing Attorneys.
1) Find a NEW doctor; if ONLY to get a second opinion about your treatment options.
2) Sit down with your dad and call SEVERAL malpractice attorneys. Even if the first dude you call is itching to take your case right away; you should still hear what other attorneys have to say. Many attorneys MIGHT shoot down your case; but keep calling. My ex's mom had a slip and fall and it took her a few MONTHS to find the right lawyer. There was even a TV lawyer here in detroit who we were SURE would take her case; but he turned her down. She kept trying though, she got a lawyer and they settled out of court. FIND A LAWYER.
