gigantism = taller


Gigantism would take place before/around puberty while the epiphyseal plates are fusing in long bones.

I assumed OP was done with HS so therefore he would get acromegaly!

gH = BAD BAD BAD

although on ceasing dosage of gH, symptoms of acromegaly are reversed
