not bad, im 20yrs 165lbs and i've been lifting off and on for 2 years. i recently started making plans for going to the gym and setting a stricter diet. been at it since the start of the year and already getting some good results. Can't wait to keep at it and see what i look like after 1-5-10 years of staying committed

for sure man. it's a lifestyle. after the first year you get addicted and going to the gym becomes as natural as eating.
