Mostly 1 work set..that's hard. I kinda do 2 before it..but I some what consider those warm ups.
Sometimes if my hands aren't ripped up I'll do some triples or some block pulls at a little above knee level.
interesting, well those are def. solid #'s especially for your size. I respect the work ethic, you def. push through those reps.
