Don't drop the bar and then speed it back up. Let it stop movement whether your doing it hang snatch or power snatch. And your using your upper body to get that weight up, not legs.
So actually set the bar down then regroup.
What cues or advice could you give to use legs better, or what could I practice to improve it? Honestly, you are the only person to ever critique me (I don't know anyone who knows shit about olympic lifts, so I basically try to figure it out from just watching youtube videos).
