How much fruit do you eat? :o

What are tabata sprints?
I was under the impression they take 4 minutes? or do you just do mass 4 minute rounds?

I am a n00b.

Tabata Sprints is just high intensity interval trianing biking...

I do 1:1 ratio, 1 minute highest intensity possible, 1 minute decent pace...and so on and so forth.

And fruit is delicious.

e:/ last meal was 1 plum + .75 lb of grilled chicken.

Ah.
I knew they were similar to HIIT just on bikes.
But when I googled, a few sources all say the same thing.

4 minute total:
20 second ALL OUT
10 second rest.
8 rounds total.

So that + warm up/cooldown= 14 minutes.
It's probably tougher than it sounds.
I myself, enjoy interval training, and I'm not really weak in terms of cardio, so when I get my bike I'll be doing them around 40-50 minutes a day with warm up/cooldown.

Edit- while on the bike, are you every sitting on the seat? or just purely standing?

no idea where you're getting that number from and i'm seated for the decent pace interval.

Just taken from site.

5 Minute warmup
4 Minute Tabata
5 Minute cooldown
O.o

Not saying anyone is wrong, personally I prefer yours of doing it longer.
