so it is safe to do deadlifts on tues and squats on thurs? i r noob

Like I said, this split is more for bodybuilders, people who want to look good rather than power lifters or people trying to increase their compound lifts. If you want better deadlift and squat, just take the split that's right underneath.

Twice a day is also an option, but perhaps ought not to be breached here.

At the OP, I'm guessing it would work well for you, are you familiar with Poliquin?

He doesn't give a program verbatim, but he does give all of the elements needed for an effective program design.

Worth looking into imo, or pm me, I'm pro twice day lifter :D

Mon; Pecs/Light triceps
Tue; Back/Light biceps
Wed; Rest
Thu; Shoulders/Traps
Fri; Heavy Biceps/Triceps
Sat; Legs

i do something very similar and i love it :D
but he said that's more for bodybuilder than a power lifter type and you're a power lifter type, right?

I'm not doing any powerlifting competitions Balla, I just like to like heavy with low reps on my last sets and my physique is more like a powerlifter. 4 or 5 day splits are best for me as it gave me my best results gauged through my own personal experience with how my body responds and recoups.

well is it okay to do barbell pull overs on tues? i just started trying them now but i can feel they're working out my triceps...
