lack of protein mang throw some beef in there or sumin ya digg

i would say add in 2 eggs+chicken+peas+carrots, and if you like eating it for breakfeast(which hits the spot just right for me, and is what fried rice is used for often in the orient) add some chopped bacon in there

fried rice

chop up some garlic, and ginger and heat it up in a pan with some olive oil. toss in some precooked brown rice. fry it up until the brown rice starts to brown [:S] and stick together. it should be just a tiny bit crunchy when you take a bite. just a nice way to prepare leftover rice if you happen to have any lying around. rice for carbs, olive oil for some nice flavour + gz fats, garlic and ginger for gz flavour

ok this is wut u do
u start with fryin the rice first, then u use ur spatula to make a hold in the middle of the rice so u can see the bottom of the pan
at this point your rice should be half way done and ur eggs should be beat'd in a bowl
pour in the beat'd egg the hole, start mixin.
