Figured I would post this for the heck of it. Here's me after 2 months working out seriously (with the main compound lifts incorporated into my routines). Right now, I'm just focused on eating lots and increasing my sets each week.

I wasn't sure how to do this pose.

Height: 5'10''. Weight: 168lbs. Age: 20.
Right now only benching 110, deadlifting 180, squatting 170. But compare that to starting each lift with the empty 40lbs bar. And 8 months ago I was weighing 138lbs. I decided I don't want to be that skinny again.
Anyways, I'll post new pics a few months later, same spot, for comparison.
