Can i ask you.. what do you think about Creatine.
alot of people are saying that this product is very dangerous..
like you could go to hospital,or yourn muscle will turn into water if one day you stop going to gym ..
whatt do you think of it?
so i'm scared of taking it i only do Protein atm i'm 20y old 6feet tall 180pounds
i want to be at least 200pounds or more of course.

lol, I assure you creatine is NOT dangerous.

I'm not sure where you're from...or the people you have been speaking to - but any information about creatine being "bad" for you is 100% false.

If you overdid it, that's a different story, but taking it properly has virtually no negative effects whatsoever.


CREATINE IS ESSENTIAL FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO BUILD MUSCLE MASS!!

Hey a girl friend of mine waxed my chest the other day and ive got lots of little pimples on my chest now. most have them left in the first few days bigger ones have come just less frequently. is there anything i can do to stop the pimples?

asking cuz alot of body builders wax thought you might have some ideas.

lol, this should disappear with the time bro i had that too. Clean it properly, add cream if you want.

waxed only 1 time. you can take any cream with "Aloes" this is what my gf told me :P

Not true.

I've explained this in previous pages but I'll address it again.

Creatine increases muscle volume, anabolism, and the muscle's ability to retain nutrients and water. The more uptake of nutrients, the larger the muscle can grow.

The more muscle volume (from water or otherwise) the more ability it has to gain density and mass from PWO nutrition (assuming the obvious insulin spike from simple sugar PWO).
