More of an update post:

Joined a new gym today. Pretty psyched about it all for so many reasons. :)
While getting dressed, I noticed the locker room had a scale, so I stepped on with just shorts, socks, and my hat. Couldn't really get an exact reading off it, cause the lines were so close together. Was probably carrying a little extra weight (veins on abs have been steadily visible for the last couple weeks, though -_- ), but number was looking to be nice. ^^

Came off from deloading 12th-21st and now body is looking pretty close to what it was before surgery. Numbers are pretty close to what they were prior (should press is actually higher now). Squat numbers are a little low at the moment, cause of the pulled hammy and not being able to really do too much on it during the recovery. :/
Can finally start deadlifting again this week (gym told me I could be as loud as I want to when deading). Been getting pretty good lower back workouts in, though, thanks to doing some heavy morning glories the last couple weeks, so hopefully the dead numbers aren't too bad.

Next deload will be starting on April 24th. Shall likely post some new pictures shortly after the deload week.

Extreme Fitness, in Laurel Springs.
Best place I could find for somewhere to lift heavy (heaviest dumbbells, thickest floor mats, pretty spacious, and no qualms with noises), plus it's kind of known as a 'meathead gym.'

Pretty sweet pricing, too. For no contract, paid $79 to join (includes the first month, it looks) and like $21/month. Then you can add people to your account for $10/month, so I joined with Rob, and we just split the join up fee and monthly membership, so it was like $40 sign up fee, and is now $16/month.

And since there is a $10/month gym just down the street, the average lifters go there instead.
It literally peaked at 3-4 other people being there, while I was there tonight. :)

That would be awesome!
When on the bench, my skullcap slides off.
Lately, I've been putting my hair back with a hair band while lifting, but can't put my head down properly on a bench with it like that...
Been having to bench with my hair as whatever. :/
