i know people are going to think this sounds ridiculous, but those grip strength things that you can find at basically any store. dese.

my uncle worked at a jail and just had to sit there all day, so he would do a 1000 per arm and then switch, and then he would upgrade to a harder one when they got too easy. his forearms got HUGE. i remember his forearms were bigger than his biceps, it was nuts. he arm wrestled my brother when my brother was lifting, my bro was like 220ish? and my uncle was 155, and absolutely destroyed him. it sounds crazy.

Already have 3 of these I just don't use them as much as I should lol I probably start bringing them to work and doing 500+ a day
