Hey raynor, I orderd 5lbs of On whey and it arrived today,And i was just wondering if theres any other supps i should geT?

No jack3d or anything like that, I dont trust those stimulants with caffeine

I was wondering about multivitamins and fish oil, what are the benefits of fish oil supps? , b4 i thought it was just fatty acids like omega 3, which I thought i was getting those from eggs and fish already

i currently have some walmart multivitamins, would opti-men or something like that from bb.com be better?

also, what about glutamine?

Depends on the vit C pills you have. I personally use 1,000 mg capsules. If you are using 500mg capsules, then yes you'd take 8x per day (you can take 2 at a time however).

next, we have the centrum issue. Stop using that product. Centrum is a totally useless vitamin product that has been shown time and time again to be virtually worthless.

Please purchase a good vitamin such as NOW! Adam, CL Orange Triad, Optimum Men's Multi, etc.

And yes, taking everything I told you will NOT have any negative effect on your health....just a VERY positive effect.

Yes you could in fact gain strength and lean mass back with this diet. If you notice after 2-4 weeks no major improvements, you would have to increase your calories further and make sure you are getting enough rest.

6 months could yield you approximately 15-20 lbs of good solid gains.

hmm, just curious, whats in centrum that makes it so bad? the composition of the vitamins and minerals?

outside of the anabolic keto diet, is a low-carb (under 100 grams), high protein (1.25+ grams per pound), medium fat (~.5 grams per pound) one of the next best options?

Hey raynor, I dont mean to question ur knowledge or anything, but I heard stories about people getting vitamin C poisoning because they took over 1000 mg a day. could you explain your take on this?
