Most women check out the broceps first and then ass. Also smaller waist is better for aesthetics imo.

I started doing those hip thrusts and within like a month I was doing 405 for like 6+

Might just be the angle plus my small wrists :(

Your gripping strength is given by the muscles in your hand. Your forearm size depends pretty much upon the strength and size of the muscles which exttend, flex, supinate or pronate the wrist/hand.

Anything that you would recommend exercise wise? I've never really isolated them before might start doing some wrist curls

As you said, wrist curls. Also, reverse grip wrist curls. Reverse grip biceps curls. Hammer curls.
