Practice alone should entail something like push ups, situps, tire flipping etc, I mean I live in Canada and we did all that stuff, most of our strength was maintained from practice and playing, weights were optional
And before anyone goes "LOL 0-10?" we went 4-2 and made it to the championship game, 6 points away from beating the team who won our top bowl.
well i mean we did pushups some still haha

if you wanna count that as time still training so be it..but i did zero weight training for 10-11 months total so far since i've started.
sucks bad cause think about how much fuckin progress you can make in 1 years time when you first start..it's unreal especially for someone that knows what they're doing
everytime i think about it i feel bad about it
