6-4 and barely made playoffs :P

and i hadn't really heard anything of other football teams, but honestly our team is fucking dumb..well coaches so bad
like the whole off-season they don't work on getting bigger/stronger..they're lifting is alot of burnouts and shit to basically help your endurance..
that's why while everyone else on the team was doing that when i first started i was doing my own workout(3 day splits, since we trained mon-thurs, but wednesday but just a cardio day) for strength/size

well he's saying weightlifting period
we did in the off season obviously, just not during the season for w/e reason

some people just can't handle you making better gains than them by far in less time span

im with you on that one bro, i feel sloppy haha

anyways im going all out but not keto :P

probably gonna lower the carbs a good amount..do alot of cardio, some fasted cardio in the morning on some days as well etc

Practice alone should entail something like push ups, situps, tire flipping etc, I mean I live in Canada and we did all that stuff, most of our strength was maintained from practice and playing, weights were optional

And before anyone goes "LOL 0-10?" we went 4-2 and made it to the championship game, 6 points away from beating the team who won our top bowl.
