Not much of a compound lift, but i'm really happy with how this felt; this is the heaviest thing i've picked up since my back injury and i had zero discomfort or pain doing this. So it really feels like a major accomplishment after 9 months of taking it easy, also i did my first conventional dead lift last friday and 365 felt great, probably will keep playing it safe for the next couple months before i start pushing for 4 and eventually back into the 5's. Still fighting some mobility issues but compared to where i used to be i couldn't be happier considering that 365 was the first day i conventional deadlifted in so long.
