but also oak is like 18 and been lifting around a year i think + some more than both of us :p lol

and same here on the taper, my hips are getting too wide now, the cut is basically starting this week, so nice

Balla, I've been on these forums for what now...a little over 2 years? You've been here nearly as long and you were training pretty much the whole time.

My hips are really wide genetically + fat is stored there for me more than anywhere else so it sucks... Gotta get sub 10% to get my back really solid aesthetically.

i started april 09, and was off for sports around 10-11 months of this..that's barely a year of training and 2 years since i started
there's not even anything to argue about because i know when i started, it was for football that year, 10th grade year

But you know damn right any football team has training sessions. So you're not really "not training".

You said you didn't lift during football though?

Yeah pretty much. Every football team makes you lift.

We didn't during the season though, just cardio.

First football team I ever heard of that didn't have weight lifting lol. Were you guys 0-10 or something?
