Making my comeback:
Benching/Squatting 3x a week
Deadlift/OHP 1x a week
Plus some dips/pull-ups/BoRs
All in a 4 day span lol
Moving up weight (5 lb bench, 10 lb squat till I stall) and that is each session so 30 lb a week on squats, 15lb on bench lmao
Just completed 230 3x5 bench and 265 lb 3x5 squat today, feels easy as it should.
What're you running this time lol
