Even if it's the same measurement, it looks alot fuller and larger.

I mean height must make a huge difference then..im at 6'2" he's at like 5'10"?

even still, looking at the pics on the same page im not seeing it at all..i see literally zero peak, and on mine a decent one atm, although his triceps seem to have more dip/hang to them than mine..maybe i have bigger bi's and he has bigger tri's but our arms are the same size and that's the extreme difference in the look

Yours, if at the same bodyfat as his would look like you injected a bit of synthol on the tip. His are FULL. Peak is gay without a full bicep.

Mine aren't full, but have a little peak then..im confused haha
either way i've always wanted to have a big "peaked" bicep than a "full" one so i like the way it's going now

I've never trained for a peak haha..don't know how you would honestly as it's mostly genetic, i've just been really lucky :D

If your bicep isnt full this is what it's going to look like to everyone:

A full bicep makes it look good for any angle and actually makes it look strong.

ohh
so like when im not flexed it makes a big difference?

not gonna lie my friends comment on that too, like say my arm goes from not that big to just boom it pops up and they're like :o

so i'd assume i could make it fuller while keeping a good peak(since it's mostly genetic)
how would i go about that?

Well first of fall, focus on not swinging the first part of the curl. Go heavy, barbell curls, hammer curls. Drop the dumbell bullshit.

my curl form is pretty good i don't swing until like the last set or 2 on the last of the reps

and alright..i've been starting with barbell curls and then moving to db curls for soo long now
so start with barbell curls like usual, then go to hammers and that's it for the bi's? about 5 sets a piece good?

anyways ill do this while im cutting too, but won't make a big difference until after i cut and can bulk like this, thanks though burnsy

Barbell, hammer, preacher. 4-5 sets each, 6-10 reps.

Oh and...no matter how heavy you think you can go on hammer curls, you can go heavier.
