glutes....stretch them out before squatting.

also, try changing your feet placement a bit...either make them more narrow or wider (depending) and also try pointing your toes in a different direction. Experiment until you find a comfortable position that suits you. Excessive glute pain while squatting is not a good thing.

hey raynor i got a question about Dianabol

Ok, firstly im not taking them or want to take them just a question about them.

What would be more effective and why? taking them as a capsule or injecting/pinning?

so im 145 lbs... i normally eat 4 meals a day so i'd only be able to digest 120 grams of protein tops from those 4 meals put together? even if they had 220 grams total... or am i not understanding something

Dianabol is always better injected as the oral is extremely harsh on the liver and kidneys.

you digest all foods you eat, but your body will only metabolize 40g each meal. The rest will either be burned as energy, stored as fat, or expelled as waste.
