Sets of 5's still increasing, probably have 2-3 more weeks till i move onto 4's 3's and 2's before the comp. 8 weeks out

Squat 192.5 kg / 425 lb. Bench 132.5 kg / 292 lb.


edit: i accidentally cut off the first rep of the squats

I do what I can without irritating anything, plus cutting the top part of the rep a tiny bit short gives me a bigger pump than benching powerlifter style :P

Nice lifts. Should I be mirin' the traps on your bench spotter? Tough angle but they look like solid traps up there.

I hear you. My limitation on bench is in my R anterior delt. Sometimes it feels like it's going to rip. I have full ROM but time has been a true cunt to my shoulder.

Leg is starting to come around. Squats are starting to feel okay, working at around 355 for sets of 5. Bench is miserable as always , top set right now of 5 is 245 (last work out).
