I've been interning at a strength and conditioning gym and they're letting me train for free and building me a program.

I'm having insane anxiety they aren't going to build the program how I want. First phase is 3-4 wks and it's a foundation phase... I want to believe in the process but also worried I'm wasting time. So nervous, first non internet program I've done.

Don't get me wrong. The owner knows his stuff but the clientele are more beginners... I've seen only one guy my entire time interning there and I only squat 315 and bench 225...

Should probably be more than 3-4w of foundation unless you have a competition/max out in ~12-14w and must fit strength and peak blocks in aswell.

Have faith though, it's just a couple of weeks and you won't lose anything from training.

True boys true. Plus I do know at least heavy squat, deads, and bench will be in there so I at least I get to lift some heavy shit still. The leg days are going to be towards corrective exercises as my left TFL is compensating for my right QL, left glute, and one other muscle. My knee tracking in my right leg is awful, my left tibialis anterior is compensating for a bunch of muscles too so I need to get those fixed up anyway, and it wouldn't be happening at my usual gym.

What movement tests did you do to screen for those results?

Look it up, seems to make sense when applied.

i did and the theory is legit but theories can be applied in many shitty ways. just be wary of what they ask you to do, dont follow blindly
