Started lifting again after 10 weeks off, if anyone cares about my current stats -- as in what they are at this exact minute
Bench 315 for 3/2/1
Squat 365 for 9
Deadlift 365 for 10
Before I get flak over my deadlift, my wrist ligaments were torn on several occasions and quite literally my right hand almost hangs limp on heavy weights. Working hard on it.
5'11 1/2 @ 265lbs (inb4omgsofkingfat) I gained from 248 to 257 during my 10 week illness period (bad diet + no exercise) and put on another 10 pounds in 3 weeks of lifting. My veins on my forearms are more visual though, same with my biceps and shoulders. Kind of weird.
I had intended on playing football this year, they want me around 285-290... but I'd rather get down to about 225-235 range.
Anyway, nobody really cares, and I am gonna get flamed but yeah.
Felt it'd be nice to post this for people to know, and I have a video of me benching 335 in my profile.
