back still has definition which is kind've surprising at almost 20% bf haha..anyways back is definitely bigger/wider..also shoulders seem to have grown(thank god)

but i can DEFINITELY tell i put on fat from this pose..my hips/waist is so much wider now..makes the v-taper shitty..but i can say from the looks of it now, once i cut down a good bit and it slims wayyy down my v-taper will be sick imo

no i dont. i bet john is way tougher than me. i placed 2nd and 3rd in the last two pl meets i was at. my legs are weak and make me lose lots of points i shouldnt.

Exactly.. if he were very tall it would make sense to me, but he's not. I believe him, a lot of people are heavier than me when I would not expect it, but it's just surprising. :O

yeah i didn't actually read his post where he said 183 cm, i read the post where someone else speculated about his height. my bad.

weird, figured ur weight wld b in ur legs based off ur pics.

i had a daily best of 250kg deadlift few weeks ago but then got a torn muscle fiber from soccer. my currents are 225kg dl, 200kg squat (which sucks cause it should be way higher than my dl) and 127,5kg bench. i could post my numbers from the last meet but with those numbers you would be able to google my full name which i dont want (yeah i just tried it).

i total at 552,5kg which is not anywhere near i need to be. goal is around 640kg total.

280lb bench/495-550lb dead/440lb squat

yea those are pretty nice #'s @ 6' 190lbs
