i had a daily best of 250kg deadlift few weeks ago but then got a torn muscle fiber from soccer. my currents are 225kg dl, 200kg squat (which sucks cause it should be way higher than my dl) and 127,5kg bench. i could post my numbers from the last meet but with those numbers you would be able to google my full name which i dont want (yeah i just tried it).
i total at 552,5kg which is not anywhere near i need to be. goal is around 640kg total.
