Edit: the knee need a colonoscopy to clean up the meniscus but I've been putting it off

Hi friends, uploaded a bench vid for 375x1 from a little while back, enjoy :)
Form slipped a little because this was after a few sets of 315 for 7/8 reps, but that's not really a good excuse lol

First time in forever I did some heavy cleans.
Missed 140 though, too slow from all powerlifting last year... :(

Yeah just started doing cleans seriously again so I am hoping for a 150kg powerclean this year if I don't get injured.

The lost son returns!

I would not be surprised if you do 85-95/115-125 something? I mean those are around your old PR's iirc?
Your strength is way up since then but technique might be flawed but I have faith in thou.

150 would be great!

in 2013 I have done 95/120. Havent done much since then....Tried CnJ on a deload last summer and did 125.
