i was only planning on doing fasted cardio on the weekends..would do it during the week too but i'd have to wait up soo early to do that then shower then eat before school and im not a morning person :/

This morning I weighed 177 pounds, 5'9
Lighting wasn't the greatest and the picture isn't the best quality so sorry

When I don't play soccer in the winter I tend to balloon up rofl

i only do it like 2-3 times a week

ah ok so that works then..ill just do it on weekends when i don't have to wake up insanely early
other than that ill do alot of cardio after lifting

yeah dude you should decide how dedicated you are. if you are fully 10000% dedicated then just do the cut perfectly with no cheat meals and perfect cal counting


if not then incorporate as many cheat meals as u need to keep that motivation

nah im not cheating whatsoever honestly

i wanna get it done as FAST as possible so i can get back to bulking..clean bulking next time though nn all this fat

yeah i wanted to get mine done as fast as possible too... except im @ 199 right now and pretty close to done cutting and my ideal weight is where i will be at (193-195)

im at 230 something now..i just wanna get down to eh..205-210ish im thinking..not sure though..just gonna judge by the mirror i guess, don't really know how much weight drop itll take
