Here is a typical day (mon - fri)

Breakfast: Ezekiel cereal with soymilk, nuts & berries
Lunch: Vegan meal at a restaurant (Chipotle, for example)
Snack: Apples & raw almonds
Dinner: Lemon Chickpea Lentil Soup


On the weekend I kinda don't give a fuk and have a few burgers when I'm hungover so I guess I'm like half vegan

No video but I finally hit the 4 plate club for deadrift. Good God I'm weak
