I don't do ab workouts cuz I want my fat to cover up my ribs; ever since I was born my ribs stuck out, if I were to gain muscle there...i'll look skinny.
I kno this cuz when I did swimming in high-school, I had a 6pack n my ribs stuck out like no other...looked very weird n abnormal.
Yah, my arms do need some work forsurre, i'll focus on my biceps n triceps from now on...
My chest is hard as rock when I flex I can assure you that. before my chest never stuck out and it almost looked concave...i basically had no fat or muscle there, it looked boney.
I'm eating fast food cuz I can't resist the McDouble for $1, it's like 15grams of protein and a bunch of calories.
there is no way i'm going back to cardio lol, i'm going for that ghetto bulk build
