Wtf does putting your feet on the bench while doing flat bench do? Almost every single trainer in my gym have their clients do it.. I think it looks fucking dumb and dangerous, and I can't find a single reason on google.
You can't arch nor use leg drive thus making it harder. Also messes a bit with the balance.
Most people in commercial gyms do it ''cuz it hits the chest harder bruh''
