but yea shoulders are hard, typically ppl say if u cant see ur abs then odds are u cant see shoulders definition.
I noticed my shoulders got more shape as soon as i stopped the creatine and lost that little bit of bloating.
urs prob do same wen u cut, but for now make sure u work em hard

i know lol i didn't really believe it either..although since ive said that i think i have gained just a little bit of fat but eh not much
and yeah it gets to me i just want big shoulders so bad lol..hopefully when i cut they will start showing more ill be so happy
but yeah ofc i hit them hard consistently always lol..plus im doing different things for them than usual and it feels great and i've had some stretch marks on my rear delts just last weak so maybe it's helping some

i said this in the log thread ofc..it shows on the lifts as well..but i also just started doing shrugs for just about the first time haha so maybe some changes will be made there..and forearms are lacking? they seem fine imo..who knows though
