but yea shoulders are hard, typically ppl say if u cant see ur abs then odds are u cant see shoulders definition.

I noticed my shoulders got more shape as soon as i stopped the creatine and lost that little bit of bloating.

urs prob do same wen u cut, but for now make sure u work em hard ;)


i know lol i didn't really believe it either..although since ive said that i think i have gained just a little bit of fat but eh not much

and yeah it gets to me i just want big shoulders so bad lol..hopefully when i cut they will start showing more ill be so happy
but yeah ofc i hit them hard consistently always lol..plus im doing different things for them than usual and it feels great and i've had some stretch marks on my rear delts just last weak so maybe it's helping some

i know traps/shoulders are :P i said this in the log thread ofc..it shows on the lifts as well..but i also just started doing shrugs for just about the first time haha so maybe some changes will be made there..and forearms are lacking? they seem fine imo..who knows though

bolded... dude im getting coverd in them bitches, inside my armpit/shoulder going down my bicep. and then on top of lats/rear delts on both sides
but it means growth baby :)

heck yeah lol

i had a small one on one of my biceps too haha

but i've never had many stretchmarks ever..just few on lats before and they're gone in days
kinda bummed me out even though they look bad..like i'll see friends get a ton of stretchmarks everywhere, shows they're getting bigger etc..but even though i am getting bigger i have none..even when back when i started back last year and posted some like 2 month progress pics i blew up still none :(
i think i just have like tough/thick skin honestly
or that's my excuse at least lol

yea its all about the elasticity of ur skin....
its weird, like my left arm has more stretch marks but is actually quarter inch smaller than my right.

Right arm is 15.5 and left is ~15.25.

left is like 16 1/4-16 1/2ish"
at least 1/2-3/4" bigger
that's why i've never posted a pic of my left arm..well only once lol..the shape is different as well not just size lol

actually in a double bi, my left arm even tho is little smaller, its actually has a better definition to it.

Gosh , I have the same thing as you but my arms are smaller , I can see the cut on the left one when flexed , but right is also 1/4 inch bigger
