a year ago I weight 175, now I'm at 185lb...I thought I'd never get past 180, but all those jelly donuts n fast food paid off.
i haven't been to a gym in 5 months, been just doing push-ups, pull-ups, skull crushers, n bicep barbell curls.
Any suggestions or tips besides stop eating fast food?
arms look like pencils / chest looks like you have bewbs / no abs are even showing.... why are you eating fast food and jelly donuts
