yea and i was power lifting and 280lbs not cutting and 255

a year ago I weight 175, now I'm at 185lb...I thought I'd never get past 180, but all those jelly donuts n fast food paid off.
i haven't been to a gym in 5 months, been just doing push-ups, pull-ups, skull crushers, n bicep barbell curls.
Any suggestions or tips besides stop eating fast food?

I don't think you are hard gainer that should be eating fast food and jelly donuts. Looks like you prolly put on 10 pounds of fat.

arms look like pencils / chest looks like you have bewbs / no abs are even showing.... why are you eating fast food and jelly donuts
