im saying im not looking to become a professional body builder where i work out 24/7 and do it competetive..
im just looking to bulk up a little with some muscle

best option is to get her on a low carb high protein diet with plenty of good fats. Also try to get her doing at least an hour of exercise per day. She needs to be eating every 2-3 hours, only carbs in the first 2 meals of the day (preferably from whole grain and fruit). Get her to eat lots of lean meats and veggies as the rest of her meals. Salad with grilled chicken will be her best friend.

yes cytogainer and multi are all you need to bulk up a little....nothing extreme ;-)

TIP OF THE DAY:

Walking on the stairmaster on a very slow speed, while stepping on each step doing a full calf raise stretches and improves the possibility of calves to grow. If you have stubborn calves, try 5-10 mins of stair-master calf raises every other day and at the beginning of each leg workout.
