Odd question but do any major strength comps still use the overhead press? I know it went out of fashion when the Olympics cut it out, but it's such an important lift. Do you do a lot of OH for your upper body training or do you stick more to the bench press?
Also, there's a debate I have seen about vertical bar path in the bench press. You have a fairly long moment arm in your own bench press, but, minus the arch, my form has always been more like yours than a perfectly vertical path. What are your thoughts on those who try to teach a completely vertical bar path?
btw gz on the squats above. Thought they looked pretty good. I'm still waiting to get my squat back, was doing 360x10s before the big concussion, then got back to working with 345 before I slipped my fekking disc (basketball related) and then got covered in poison ivy. A comical parade of horrors.
