any Extra Virgin Olive Oil is fine.

as far as vinegar goes, it's really your preference. Apple Cider vinegar is a great standby, as is balsamic vinegar...although there are tons of kinds...you can't go wrong either way.

Raynor, at this point are you pretty much on the limit for ur lifts at your body weight? Ur numbers for the lifts are obvious huge.

Sorry gents, I have barely had the time to think, let alone take pics. Once med school is over, or if I get a good solid break there will be pics and videos which are long overdue.

For my present body weight I'd say I'm close. Once I get more free time on my hands I'd like to try and bulk up to 200ish and try to compete with some of franco columbu's lifts. One major setback I have, although, is time. I simply do not have enough at the moment to pursue increasing my lifts =\

also, i'm sure ur busy as hell in med school. How do you have time to cook to prepare your food? I know you eat several times a day.

most of the diet plans u give, would take about 30 min - 1 hour per day to prepare

that's a great question.

On sundays I usually spend a lot of time preparing meals for the rest of the week.

I have usually 4-6 LARGE pots of one dish meals ready to go (examples would be beans+rice+chicken, pasta+ground beef+veggies, tuna casserole, etc)

In addition, I have side dishes and snacks already made and ready to go.

I also eat a lot of protein bars, drink protein shakes, eat fruits and veggies, and mixed nuts/cheese sticks.
