i can't either..haven't really ever cut enough to have a full 6-pack and be ripped haha..last summer only cut for 3 weeks, dropped 20 pounds but then just stopped :(
this year ill probably go from april to like june..so im thinking 2-3 months should be more than enough to get down to maybe..9-10%

Going to go with Skc's keto diet he told me to get on, see if I can't drop some BF% within 4-6 months.

cool, im actually starting that same diet soon.

but what are ur overall goals? b/c imo u shld jst clean bulk with some strength training

I'm trying to lose some of this damn fat lol. It just pisses me off every time I touch it lol.
My goals are to get under 150 pounds, I go to my gym mon-thurs. after school and lift a routine that my wrestling coaches have set up for us then I run about 2-2.5 miles every day, unless it's fucking cold or thunderstorm then treadmill.

I have to cut, for wrestling :P
I just have a month before I need to make weight, and I'm trying to get into a smaller weight.

not sure if it's healthy or not..i was doing cardio twice a day with lifting 5 days a week lol..not sure how many calories but i was just eating alot less haha
i dropped too much strength for my liking though so i did it wrong..im tryin to do it right this time, giving myself longer time hopefully ill even get stronger while on it
