Keep the protein and fat cal % the same if you want the keto to work properly.

Secondly, yes pay attention to the sodium. You need to be taking in no more than 2,000 - 2,500 mg of sodium per day, maximum.

You aren't following. It has nothing to do with upper body vs lower body. It has to do with overall appearance. No girl is going to compare two guys based on who has the better upper body and who has the better lower body. It just doesn't work that way. Try not to look at things in black and white like that...meeting women and getting women to like you starts with you being DIFFERENT and having something about you that interests her in some way. Funny, quirky, goofy, macho, w/e does it for you...just don't be a pushover and certainly don't be overly aggressive. P.S. It also helps to dress nice, smell nice, and smile a lot.

no I get that. I am saying take two identical guys in personality wits and charm. They both have the same routine same face same charactersistics BUT one has big strong legs, the other has big strong arms and chest. Which one gets the most girls in one night.

The third guy who walks up and makes the girl laugh at both of them for competing over who's body looks better.

But to satisfy your urges, probably upper body because men RARELY have their legs out enough for women to see...and if you're wearing excessively short shorts in public, regardless of how your legs look, I highly doubt you're going to be getting any.

hey raynor, i dont work my abs atm (directly)

so I was wonderin wat I should do for my new ab routine after leg day,
I was thinking

crunches, leg raises/bicycle for lower abs

but Idk what works obliques , can u give me some ideas?
