i learnt this one early, i do work on lats all the time xD but i am not big yet

Well, bear in mind your difference in weight might well be in your legs.

He didn't any leg strength work until a couple months ago, and you Oak have some very good legs... There must be the difference in your weight.

for the record, if i was gonna lie about my height i'd say i was taller and if i were to lie about my weight i'd say i weighed more.
