Hey raynor, here is what i had yesterday, prolly the best so far

meal 1- 3 eggs, 2 tbspoon olive oil, 2 oz cheese, 1/2 cup green peppers
meal 2- tuna, 2 cups baby spinach, 2 tb spoon olive oil-
meal 3- chicken,2 cups baby spinach, 2 oz cheese, 2 tb olive oil
meal 4- chicken, 1 cup baby spinach, 2 oz cheese, 2 tb oilive oil
meal 5- chicken,2oz cheese, 2 olive oil
meal 6-tuna, 2oz cheese, 2 olive oil

1500 calories from fat, 174 grams of fat
17.9 carbs all together

Havnt added up the protein calories, but im sure its close, donno how much protein all together either, but im sure the cheese boosted the number a good amount

The cheese is wat i got most of my fat from, and it tastes good so it kept me sane (lol), and my olive oil only has 90 calories per 2 tblspoons, and 9gram fat

(let me know what u think of this, for some reason, the amount of cheese seems like it would be a bad thing, even though I got the numbers about right)

may u tell me how taking biotin with r+ala helps effectiveness? and biotin does increase the effectiveness, would 5mg biotin with every 200mg r+ala suffice?

which doctor should i see to consult on my belly skin elasticity? or what should i do.. cuz being fat for along time really made it's thing.. and now my goal is to tighten it as much as possible

It depends. If you are talking full on skin removal, you need to see a cosmetic plastic surgeon (elective plastic surgeon).

If you are simply looking for laser treatments, skin cremes, and other methods - you would visit a rejuvenation clinic (this can be risky, do your research first to find the right one)

appears to be approx 200g protein up or down by 10g.

this looks very good, keep up this routine for 2 weeks and then you can have your refeed day.

Hey there. I would recommend taking R+ALA and L-Carnitine. Take the R+ALA w/ meals and the L-Carnitine between meals.

Also as far as biotin is concerned...you are going to want to take supplemental biotin (approx 5mg 3x per day) but NOT at the same time as the R+ALA (take it at least 1-2 hours apart).

no.. no surgeries and stuff.. it's a very very small amount of loose skin.. but it seems it isn't tightening.. i might need just to add mass on my abs to tighten it? can u suggest some heavy workout for abs 2 days per week?

my situaction looks like this dudes' http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=124061501

A lot of people choose to do a carb up during the entire weekend. This is terribly excessive and throws your body out of ketosis for a MUCH longer time than just taking ONE day. Also by doing this, your body will take 2-4 days to return to ketosis during the week and then you will have only 1-2 days of solid keto before carbing up again. It's a VERY slow cut that can take all year to get to where you want.

That approach works best for hardgainers who are now trying to get down to 2-3% BF pre-contest. But for normal people who's body's have the ability to gain fat mass and want to lose say 15% down to 5% will NOT see the proper results by carbing up all weekend.

The best thing it could do for you is MAINTAIN what you want...no fat gains, no fat losses.
